苏云金杆菌库斯塔变种(HD-1)对菜青虫杀虫效果的研究

通过实验室饲料感染方法和大田喷杀对比试验研究，表明发酵培养基中添加花生饼可以提高HD—1的杀虫效果，且添加浓度与HD—1菌株毒力呈正相关，用添加了花生饼的固体浅盘发酵培养液比市售工业化生产的同类杀虫剂杀虫效果要高得多。     

碳化钨负载的S2O8^2—／ZrO2催化剂的表征与催化活性研究

研究了负载碳化钨对S2O8^2-／ZrO2(PSZ)固体超强酸催化剂(WC／PSZ)上正戊烷异构化反应性能的影响，并用BET、XRD和XPS等手段对催化剂进行了表征．结果表明，PSZ在负载适量碳化钨后对正戊烷反应的活性和选择性显著提高，显示出优于Pt／PSZ等催化剂的效果，并且负载高比表面积的WC具有更高的催化活性．WC在高温焙烧后绝大部分被氧化为WO3，经H2活化后又被还原为W25O73为主的氧化钨，并且可能会形成一种氧化碳化物(WCxOy)产物．     

超氧物歧化酶对糖尿病模型大鼠血液和晶状体中自由基及其清除剂的影响

本工作发现糖尿病大鼠晶状体和血液中的ＬＰＯ、ＭＤＡ水平高于正常大鼠，而Ｔ－ＳＯＤ、Ｃｕ·Ｚｎ－ＳＯＤ水平降低（Ｐ＜Ｏ．０１）．观察用不同剂量ＳＯＤ及不同时间的治疗方案，结果大剂量比小剂量，长时间比短时间更能改善自由基和清除剂的状况，提示糖尿病患者晶状体中自由基代谢异常，这可能和糖尿病性白内障有关；表明ＳＯＤ可能是防治糖尿病性白内障的良药．     

MPEG-7标准及其应用

MPEG-7是国际标准化组织即将推出的新一代多媒体国际标准,该标准主要用于对各种不同类型的多媒体信息进行标准化描述,并将该描述与所描述的内容相联系,以实现对多媒体信息快速有效的搜索.在未来的多媒体信息检索服务中,MPEG-7将发挥主导作用.本文主要从标准的目标、体系结构及应用等方面对MPEG-7进行了描述.     

汕头市API指数年变化规律及控制对策

对汕头市全年空气主要污染物指数年变化规律进行统计、分析 ,结果显示 :其年变化规律受季节及气象要素影响 ,可吸入颗粒物浓度偏高的主要原因与人群活动有较密切关系 .并提出相应的控制对策 :加强对机动车尾气的控制、工业污染源管理和做好垃圾有效处理、主干道定期洒水降尘及绿化固土等工作     

三邻菲咯啉合亚钌-亚硫酸根-氯酸钾体系化学发光法测定葡萄酒中亚硫酸盐总量

提出了Ru(phen) 32 +-SO32 - -KClO3(phen =1 ,1 0菲咯啉 )体系化学发光法测定溶液中亚硫酸盐含量的方法 .SO32 - 浓度与化学发光强度在 1 .0× 1 0 - 6～ 1 .0× 1 0 - 3 mol/L范围内成正比 ,检出限为 2 .32× 1 0 - 6mol/L (S/N =3) ,1 .0× 1 0 - 4 mol/LSO32 - 溶液重复 6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为 3.8% .该方法成功地用于白葡萄酒中的亚硫酸盐总含量的测定 ,结果令人满意 .     

ON THE OPTIIMAL REACTIONS ASSEMBLAGE OF COMPLEX REACTION SYSTEMS

In this paper, the author analyzes distinguishing features of complex reaction systems and single reversible reaction, and optimizes complex reaction systems starting from set theory.The method of constructing the optimal reactions assemblage and calculating the potential maximum equilibrium yield (PMEY) of objective products is proposed here. This paper points out clearly that the euqilibrium yield of objective products calculated by means of conventional method is the global equilibrium yield (GEY).It is not the thermodynamic constraint, and could be exceeded by observed yield of objective products; only PMEY is the thermodynamic constraint. It gives information on potential and possible optimal yield and thereby improving production. This paper also points out the way in which the real complex reaction system approached the optimal reactions assemblage. The new concept of PMEY and optimal reaction assemblage proposed by this Paper is universally applicable for the important complex reaction systems, such as the pyrolysis of alkane to produce ethylene, steam reforming of methane to produce syngas, production of formaldehyde from methanol, epoxidation of ethylene to produce ethylene oxide, hydrogenation of benzene to produce cyclohexane.     

Comparison of the effects of different isomers of bicuculline infused in the preoptic area on male rat sexual behavior

Summary Intracerebral infusion of (+) bicuculline methiodide, but not of its (–) isomer, in the preoptic area, stimulated masculine sexual behavior in rat as evidenced by a decrease in the number of intromissions preceding ejaculation and a shortening of the ejaculation latency and postejaculatory interval. Data suggest a role of the GABAergic system in mediating masculine sexual behavior.Acknowledgments. 试就猝死病例谈中老年教职工保健工作

本文报告5例心性猝死(3例为冠心病性猝死),年龄为39—69岁。认为冠心病是中老年教职工猝死的主要原因,因而提出学校对他们的保健重点应放在防治冠心病上。
